« Automne 2018. Une machine à voyager dans le temps apparaît devant notre personnage principal âgé de 18 ans. Une fille en sort et déclare qu’elle vient de l’année 2068 où un Roi démoniaque fait souffrir les gens. Et ce Roi démoniaque n’est autre que notre personnage principal, Zi-O, le Roi du temps. Celui qui est destiné à être un Kamen Rider ne serait pas un héros mais un monstre ?

Le 2 septembre commencera l’histoire de celui qui doit sauver le passé, le présent et le futur à travers l’histoire des Kamen Rider de l’ère Heisei. »
