Appelé Ultraman Reiga, il est la fusion des pouvoirs des Ultraman qui lui ont précédé sous leurs formes les plus puissantes : Ginga Victory, Exceed X Beta Spark Armor, Orb Trinity, Geed Ultimate Final, G/R/B et Taiga Tri-Strium.
