Il cr\u00e9era lui-m\u00eame des Kaiju Medals (notamment celles de Red King et Gomora) pour tester les pouvoirs de Z et Geed.<\/span><\/p>\n

Rihito Noda a pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment jou\u00e9 Tsutomu Tsuzumiya \/ Another Hibiki dans Kamen Rider Zi-O.<\/span><\/p>\n

Portrayed by Rihito Noda<\/strong>, Shinya Kaburagi<\/strong> is a scientist of the Biochimical Research Department of the Earth Defense Force.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

He is possessed by Cerebro<\/strong>, an intelligent parasite organism from space incapable of surviving without a host. He also possess an Ultra Z Riser, as well as its own Ultra Access Card. It will create Kaiju Medals (Red King’s and Gomora’s, among others) to test Z and Geed’s powers.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n
