L’origine du probl\u00e8me vient de la mise en ligne d’une vid\u00e9o sur YouTube de la part de la compagnie Tha\u00eflandaise UM Productions et qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 strik\u00e9e par Tsuburaya. Pour sa d\u00e9fense, UM Productions pr\u00e9sente un document datant du 4 mars 1976 stipulant le l\u00e8gue des droits internationaux d’Ultraman de Noboru Tsuburaya \u00e0\u00a0Sompote Saengduenchai, les Pr\u00e9sidents de l’\u00e9poque.<\/span><\/p>\n

Le document pr\u00e9sentant des anomalies, notamment sur la pr\u00e9sence de M.\u00a0Sompote Saengduenchai au Japon \u00e0 l’\u00e9poque, les 2 compagnies sont en proc\u00e8s depuis lors.<\/span><\/p>\n

L’audience a eu lieu le 7 novembre dernier \u00e0 la Cour martiale du district central de Californie et le verdict a \u00e9t\u00e9 rendu le 20 novembre en faveur de Tsuburaya. Ultraman appartient donc maintenant d\u00e9finitivement \u00e0 son pays d’origine.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Tsuburaya and UM Productions companies are in a lawsuit since 2015 for the rights of Ultraman outside Japan.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

The origin of the problem comes from a video uploaded on YouTube from the Thai company UM Productions. The video was striked by Tsuburaya. For its defense, UM Productions provided a document from march 4th 1976, leaving the Ultraman international rights from Noboru Tsuburaya to\u00a0Sompote Saengduenchai, the Presidents of each company at the time.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

This document showing several anomalies, in particular about the presence of Mr.\u00a0Sompote Saengduenchai in Japan at the time, both companies are in a lawsuit since then.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

The court hearing was held on november 7th at the Court martial of the central district of California and the verdict was pronounced on november 20th in favour of Tsuburaya. Ultraman is now fully owned again by its original country again.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n
